Presumably the tax and overheads on orange juice are less than those on alcoholical drinkstuffs, unless they dilute them a bit when administering them to play, pie and pint-goers. Mine was haggis, though the wee specule on the plate makes it look a bit like there's an insect's wing emerging from it.
