Clematis

This flower represents a major gardening achievement for me. I have a very large pot at the bottom of the garden which has had many things growing in it from dandelions (the year I gave up on it) to potatoes. I have always wanted it to look pretty but have never achieved it. Last year I planted this clematis. It had a couple of flowers on it then but this year it has lots and lots of buds and is beginning to fill the pot and to look as pretty as I wanted it to be. This is the first of the many flowers to open but in the next couple of days I predict it will be covered in blooms.
