The black busy bee!

Hello my friends. It is an important blip I think. I heard about these black bees with the yellow legs that they are African killers. I am bothered if they are like this one because I have many around my my garden. Really I am a little scared. I don't know if we should kill them or just ignore it. In the beginning I thought this was a pollen in the legs or they carry something before I read that in the yahho news.
I was observing them closely affter read that and yes the legs are yellow if you put it in large you can see it better. They have some veneno I heard.
If you know something about that just let me know. Maybe I didn't understand it very well but I never saw these kind of bees before. Did you see it?
