Sand Castles II

Another day, another sandy beach, another castle. This one is at Bamburgh, and there were showers to contend with. We carried on in the hope they wouldn't amount to much. They didn't.
The castle is centuries old and has been the family home of the Armstrongs since the 1890s. Sounds a great place to live in, but as my ever-practical mother would say 'it must be desperate hard to heat'.
