Swooping down

A day I spent almost entirely in bed.. with the flu! The first time I've been properly ill since last summer when I started living healthy, and I'm not happy at all. I hate being ill, and I'm not a good patient. Nobody safe crossing my path! I did make it out of the house though for a run through to Stromness, where I went for a walk with a friend who's going through some tough times - it's nice to lend an ear occasionally when it's usually me who is the one moaning to friends. I managed to get some more gull shots. Back to bed it is!
