Spotted this log earlier and noticed the pattern looks like a bird's head, what do you think. It also has an eye :)

Very miserable day today, but did manage a walk this morning before rain arrived, still raining now.

Spent a long time on the phone to Sky earlier, very very tedious and frustrating. My broadband is with o2 who sold to Sky last year and I have to transfer over and have received a couple of letters from them asking me to call about it. The person on the other end of the phone hadn't a clue and kept telling me that they couldn't offer me a service with them as my speed was too slow and she was very surprised that I actually did have broadband!! Every time I asked a question she had to put me on hold and ask somebody. After half an hour I got very fed up and asked to speak to somebody else at which point she said she'd get somebody to call me back. Somebody did call back and all seems sorted apart from the fact that I will have to have a Sky email address, phew!!
