The Ever Bearing Mulberry Tree

The ever bearing mulberry tree has finally reached that size where it starts to fruit. I am so excited that is gotten to the fruiting stage for enough yield to be meaningful. When they get big, there is enough to share with the whole neighborhood. The first year I got 3 or 4 berries and thought, well, that's no big deal. Now this year, the tree is laden with berries, and I went out and picked all the black ones to eat, and they were good. Mostly red berries, but they will ripen soon and if the birds don't eat them all, it will be pie time. The Tree is about 7 feet tall now and the branches are starting to arch, so it will be an awesome fruit source in its prime. In old Florida yards many people had mulberry clumps and they were so good and bountiful!
