Dinner with Gromberry

This is Mary Berry's Salmon en Croute which I shared with Gromberry. It was washed down with a very nice glass of Prosecco.
We are starting the planning for our 20km walk on the South Downs on Saturday and praying for sunshine all day!!! Current forecast is for rain :(
