keeping in touch

Jennie is my son's Godmother who lives in Ohio, USA. We hardly ever see each other but are in regular contact through a social media so we do keep up with whats going on in our lives. Every couple of years we do manage an evening or lunch time get together, so this time we went to the Runnymede Hotel in Egham, on the banks of the River Thames. We had a fabulous time and the food was lovely too.
Here's hoping we don't leave it quite so long next time and perhaps my husband and I will manage a trip to the States instead.
