Willing Helper

Gerry had a large ash tree. It fell over today.
It landed slap down the backbone of her hen house. The hens have survived. They have been relocated further into the wilderness, and rehoused, too. A lot can happen to a hen in a single day.
The tree has been cleared and partly logged which is where I came in. Gerry cleared as I wielded the chainsaw.
The hen house is in two halves (one of which is crushed) and we left Des to handle this once he'd rehoused the chickens.
Ominously, Gerry has several other ash trees.
