"Earth Eyes Eternity"

After an early start on radio talking about attainment I went on to perform the "topping out" of the new build for James Gillespie's School in Edinburgh.

Coming through Holyrood Park I realised that this amazing view of the "Mad God's Dream" was one I had never blipped before.

So here it is - a panorama from George Square and St Leonard's across the Castle and The Hub to Old College and Fife in the distance plus lots of things in between.

It is also a view from my past , often seen when as a student I stayed for two years in Pollock Halls which lies just below this vantage point.
