Scary Spider

I think my little man makes it his mission to test my resolve every Wednesday!! I had a good sleep last night, so I have found it easier to stand my ground. He refused to come downstairs to get dressed this morning, so I told him I was going down and loudly closed the stair gate. Immediately, he skipped from his bedroom (playroom actually, as he has never slept in there!!) into his brother's room. I peeped and saw him take a book from the book shelf - "Snappy Movers". To cut a long story short, we ended up reading it downstairs in the living room - fully dressed. He was a little scared of this spider, (me too!) which wiggles it's legs! We agreed to "scare Daddy" with it later....

Daddy hasn't had a good day, and the spider was the least of his worries. He's been quite poorly, but hopefully on the mend now!!!!!

I finished off my day with 5 x 1k @ 4 mins on the treadmill and, just to finish myself off, 4 mins of tabata on the bike....
