Attitude

This is one control panel with heaps of attitude.
It was part of an existing "asset", as Scottish Water call their works, a sodium hypo dosing unit.
I wonder what those invisible icat people have done to it, the program that is in the controller does not work, the real time clock keeps reverting back to 2004 and insists that it is 6 hrs ahead (control systems used in water and sewage treatments that use a real time clock have to be set always for winter time, so it should be an hour behind)
It also randomly changes it's mpi (multi point interface) address making life difficult staying on line with it.
On top of that there are all manner of loose and faulty connections and components.
Never mind, we can rebuild it, make it stronger and faster than it ever was..........
