Duckling

Emmanuel College has a nice little garden with a duck pond, wihch has signs saying "please do not chase the ducklings", which I would have hoped was not necessary. I was proved wrong by a bizarre woman who was attracting ducks then trying to pat them quite hard. A heron landed about 3m from me and I had almost got my camera up when she ran over, brandishing a loaf of bread, terrifying the heron and leaving me with a shot of a rather smaller bird...
