Offices? What offices?

This was strange, a small hand painted sign painted directly on to the stone of London Bridge. I like its mildly reproachful tone: 'Less noise please', and then '...consider offices above' - as if we should consider offices! Ssshhh everyone, there are hard working people in some offices somewhere 'above'.
