Rain stopped play

We awoke to a damp morning.

I decided it was a ball day and took Tess off to the park with her ball chucker. I threw the ball until my shoulder and elbow were hurting, only giving up when she got silly (Not giving the ball back) and the rain grew steadier.

We walked to the allotment to help Roo with her peas. The rain was heavier. We found her damp, but undaunted, just realising that work had to be drawn to a close.

So we went home.

Ate lunch.
