Pacing Myself

A counselling session followed immediately by a double shift at work meant taking it steady with regular injections of sugar today. Lots of these fellas on the path outside work tonight were taking my advice too.

The Small Ginger One got to meet Jasper Fforde today at his school's creative writing festival. To say I am jealous is the understatement of the century and rubs my nose in the fact that I couldn't go see him this evening at the Lincoln Inspired Festival as I had to work. Grrrrr.
