May Day

A public holiday in Belgium.

We went swimming at our local pool this morning where Dex wore goggles for the first time and was amazed that he could see under the water! He was so amazed that he kept opening his mouth to tell me how amazing it was. I never said he was the brightest! Lots of fun playing on the slide before Mummy declared she was too cold and it was time to leave. Mean Mummy!

It rained this afternoon but we have discovered a local indoor mini golf place called 'Goolfy.' Olivia is getting surprisingly good at this activity (we always find one on every holiday) and Dex is starting to show a lot more interest in hitting the ball rather than kicking it. There were neon lights and a 'Pirates of the Caribbean' theme which was 'cool' according to Olivia but a little bit 'scary' according to Dexter!
