"Let's Go Fly A Kite"

A song from Walt Disney's film Mary Poppins composed by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman. However this chap was not singing but enjoying himself at the mouth of the River Don in Abedreen at lunchtime today. So thought it would make a nice Blip for todays challenge.
