Pink Bike

The pink zest continues, it seems, at least for this weekend, as it's the Giro d'Italia event in Belfast from today on.

The Cafe has proudly promoted its pink bike, following its painted flowers.

The Uni Communications email reminded all to show support as the route passes by the campus. Friday evening event (an internal quiz competition) has been rescheduled until after the cyclists are gone. And more importantly, we are asked to wear something in pink - not a colour I can afford but I do have an old shirt with faint pink - will it do?

Still have a big task to complete for tomorrow, though. Hope to arrive before the Ormeau Road is closed again. Not sure if they will do something special to the white bike ?
