Sunrise surf

Sunrise surf with Will, Joe, Tom, Liz and Char. We actually managed to drag Will and Joe out of bed which was pretty impressive!! We drove to sunshine beach. Such an incredible sunrise there. There were 3 absolutely massive waves that came through and they were dumpy. Instead of holding my board and getting absolutely knocked out I swam under the wave and then got dragged by because the board took my foot. Did this 3 times until the waves calmed down!! When we got back after the surfing Liz and I cooked up a good breakfast again. Boiled eggs, spinach with fruit toast. We then chilled by the pool. Rob then drove us down to the rock pools eventually. Went with Char, Liz, Kris, Al and 3 Canadian girls. Long walk to the rock pools but it is definitely worth it. Had a funny conversation with Kris on the way! We saw turtles at the rock pools. Kris was so bizarre and when I was lying down he made 'drawing' on me with tiny shells!! Char and I find him so weird but so funny! Everyone headed back to the hostel and Liz and I stayed on tea tree beach to watch the sunset. We met up with Rolph, Jake and Matt there. Amazing sunset. Liz got some cool pictures. Walked all the way back. Liz and I had the quickest shower ever and had pizza and chilled outside with some wine. Rob joined and had a funny convo with him. Lots of other people joined and played a quick drinking game before heading to KB's. Fun at KB's tonight. We then went to Sogos. Got the munchies as I always do, so went to get food at 7 eleven with Kris. Then went back to sogos and then left again. Merial was so funny. She just laughs at everything I say. Mathew gave me Nutella when I got back to the flat!!!
