Ready Made

Today I found a last year's nest that had fallen to the ground in one of the trees that had snapped off during the winter. I don't know if any bird would ever nest in a used home, but I put it in a sheltered spot as high off the ground as I could reach.
Never know. Some creature might be a day late and a twig short.
