Unsafe seat

A block of flats I pass by most days, but now in the process of being demolished, to be replaced with ..I don't know what, but maybe the building site will offer blip potential in due course. I'm not sure why the white garden chair is where it is, but at this stage it doesn't look like a relaxing place to sit.
