heavy wheels .......

went for a lovely walk and it was rather sunny and warm, beautiful beach and beside the beach were lots of large square concrete blocks and also these large "wheels" which seem to be made of concrete and weathered over many years .... light was managing to shine through the trees onto them .....not sure what their purpose was or is .......
