Today is a baking day. So, time to get down the Mason Cash & Co set again. It's a great all-in-one combo. Mix the bread in the bowl, cover it with the terracotta lid while it proves and rises, and then use the lid as a baking stone to cook the bread on (having first heated it up in the oven).
