Day 363 of 365: School started

Today, I started another online class toward my Master's: Organizational Research. It is very interesting. Come to find out, companies spend a lot of money on research to find the best business practices. It almost sounds like Six Sigma and benchmarking, something very familiar to the Army Performance Improvement Criteria! Well, let's see how much I learn over the next three months!
