An early start, 6.00 am and eventually got to city centre Edinburgh at 8.30. The M8 is a joke, stop start at 7.00am, how do people do this every day??!!

A seriously dodgy stomach since yesterday means nothing to eat all day. The theory being nothing in means it can't come out!

The conference was really good, met up with some new faces and reacquainted with some old ones.

At 7.30pm I finally succumbed to food and boy oh boy did I pay the price for that at 11.30, 11.45, 12.00, 3.30, 4.00 and 4.15

The after dinner speakers were Judy Murray (Andys Mum) and Yve Muirhead (Curling Olympian) who were fabulous. Judy Murray is such a laugh, stories about Andy and Jamie, and Ivan Lendl and I'm tipping Yve Muirhead for a post athlete career in TV after she hangs up her broomstick. Really good speaker.
