The River Ythan is a famous sea-trout and salmon fishery. Today, this angler had the whole estuary to himself.
Having tried fishing and having failed to get very far at all with mathematics I think that Izaak hit the nail firmly on the head with this statement in the forward to his famous treatise on the art of angling.
