Back on the Water

It's been a few days since I was last on the water, so a chance of a trip onto the Kjerkfjorden in southern Lofoten wasn't one to be ignored.

A ferry runs from Reine on the coast up to a string of isolated communities around the fjord - and gives a chance to have a look at some of the improbably rugged mountains, the local pod of orca (who are usually around the fjord - and didn't disappoint today), and of course to take another picture of blue skies, fishing boats and red buildings.
