Interviewing!

Spent 5 hours and didn't end up recruiting anyone , which is very frustrating as time is precious at the moment. As you can imagine it has been a frustrating day especially when I asked one candidate what their strengths were to be told I don't socialise with work colleagues and I don't do facebook! I agree with Facebook as I hate it, but not socialising with work!!!! That is a must.
