Circuit Training

Tonight was a pretty special night. I pulled on my lycra shorts and headed for the Yas Marina F1 Circuit on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. On Tuesday evenings the public can cycle or run round the 5.5km F1 circuit, so I seized the opportunity and completed 4 laps on the bike.

This could be my new "Tuesday night thing".
