Hoodie

Do you think that centuries ago passers-by would have felt intimidated by groups of monks standing on street corners with their hoods up? I doubt it somehow.

This sculpture of a monk arrived in Malmesbury just a few weeks ago and I don't really know anything more about it.

I thought I'd stop to have a look at it properly today and as I did a bee flew into my hair and got stuck there, so I had to gently help it out while avoiding the pointy end.

I'm quite glad this week is over, have a happy weekend blippers.
