First walk - in months, maybe years

Fridays mostly find me visiting Mother and taking her to the physio. Its too long a story to explain but problems with a very painful foot mean Mother has not been for a walk for a very long time. Today with a borrowed 3 wheeled walking frame we managed to walk along the sea front on a very sunny but extremely blustery day. I was going to post an arty picture of the beach but thought that Mother's first walk in ages deserved to be featured.
