Ali oops!

Hmm, does anyone know the story behind this? It's a piece of street art that's appeared over the shop front in Henderson Street, Leith. It looks like Muhammed Ali, and the signature is Eduardo Paolozzi, but I can't find any reference to the late artist having done a study of the boxer.
