Royal Society Of Portrait Painters

Went to London today, it was jam packed, and as I dodged under barriers , across roads I shouldn't I avoided them as best I could.
I sneaked behind a parked police bike at the crossing near the Mall and had to jump back off the road as another police bike headed toward me with a big burgundy Rolls Royce following, tail between my legs I waited for it to pass and realised I was hardly more than 10 foot from the Queen, with a tiara on!!!! She was tiny, but it was her!
Does this make me famous?, does it mean I have to speak posh??!!!!!
Anyway the show was wonderful, I particularly loved 3paintings of David Cobleys , and a wonderful portrait in charcoal by Kevin Line of Professor David Watkins.
I bought some glorious pastel pencils in a make new to me so can't wait to try them out.
