Weightless

It's Friday, it's sunny, and I have achieved a great deal this week, including... finishing sewing an odd Tudor style hat...completing and submitting the final assignment for my current OU module... sorting out my business insurance for this year... getting an all clear on our adoption medicals... being offered a small photography project...halving my intake of chocolate and sugar this week... not to mention surviving the regular day job...

So tonight I went for my Friday night run...all the way around the village and down to the beach, blowing the cobwebs away... I then zoomed back through the village, pausing at the shop to buy a sneaky bottle of wine... so I've fallen off the health kick bandwagon ... but I don't care, because right now I feel weightless as a dandelion seed...
