Viking

Went to Largs this morning with Carolyn for a walk/run/shuffle, then a swim and then a sauna. Very relaxing. Carolyn almost got lynched for using someone's towel. Honestly can't take that girl anywhere.
Building up to the outdoor pool, still a little bit chilly!
