The Back Road To Netball

My daughter played in a netball tournament in Alexandra today. She did all right, 3 wins and 1 loss. She went there in a team mini-bus, full of giggly girls and a patient mum.

My son and I went to watch a little bit later and we took an alternative route between Bannockburn and Clyde on the other side of Lake Dunstan from the main road.

It is classic Central Otago countryside, a reminder of what's on our doorstep. Oh and we found some mud and puddles along the way.
