Yellow buds go POP!

It was back to my sons rental unit today, with more painting to be done. The tiler has worked his magic on the downstairs floor area during the past week and the unit is starting to look rather great! I'll blip it at some stage, further down the track, to show you all how it looks.

Just outside the back door of the unit there is a rather tall tree. I noticed the beginnings of some tiny buds a week ago, and today, some of the buds have gone POP! The tree was filled with rainbow lorikeets, although they were hiding in the foliage, so they must be enjoying the pretty yellow flowers too. I thought they looked so pretty and I hope you enjoy them too. :)
