Sushi bus

Down town Dallas to meet some friends from the local office, on my way there I passed this sushi bus, feeling a little jaded with hotel food, I thought why not. $8 for a really nice tuna sushi roll.

Of course when I got there they all said, you ate sushi from a street vendor? I said of course I did, they were doing a roaring trade!
