In the Newspaper
Its miserable outside!
Early Blip today while Little Miss E is napping.
Up and out this morning, after a quick tidy up to a Scarecrow trail that is held every year in the village I work. Forty scarecrows under the theme Heroes and Villains to find hidden all round the village, five of which were made by each class at my school. Ive got to say, some of them weren't easy, but we finished it well before the heavens opened, with plenty of time for some cakes, burgers and a good old bounce by Little Miss E on the bouncy castle...oh how she giggled! She's never been on one before.
Our photo was taken by the local newspaper, so should appear in it next week, so I thought Id take a photograph of the photographer for my Blip today. She was more than happy and set up another shot with the Munchkins too.
Since we got home it has rained, then brilliant sunshine, rained, brilliant sunshine, now raining again and the local ice cream van is still trying to sell his wares even in this weather.
My camera club is trying out a new challenge as it were. on its FB page, to take one plain uninspiring image and seeing what we can do with it, so Ive been playing around with that this afternoon, and despite my limited PS skills Im quite pleased with the result. So far those that are taking part have such different takes on it. It's going to be an interesting challenge.
Looking forward to a quiet night on the sofa with the Munchkins (well Little Miss E anyway) watching one of my old favourites, Cinderella!
Have a lovely weekend.
