MUNDY AND THE MOOSE

It was the dearest fairy on top of the Christmas tree. And Mundy is a dear Father Christmas. The way children stare at him, I'm quite sure they think he is the real thing in civvies. I bought him a red cap with a white bobble, but he wasn't keen to wear it. The one and only time he played the role he was mobbed by hundreds of children and their mothers, so now he simply smiles sweetly and walks on by, leaving them gazing after him.
