Jam Making

Homegrown rhubarb heading for the pan. CJ made seven and a half pots of rhubarb and ginger jam this afternoon. He follows Delia Smith's recipe, with slight adjustments.

A classic April day, sunshine and showers. A busy house, lots going on, some out running, others cooking breakfast. Good to catch up. I am now preparing an early dinner, then heading to the Concert Hall for the RSNO's Beethoven 5 "Naked Classics" concert. Avoiding Eurovision!
