Tuna carpaccio

We drove through olive groves to the old town of Vieste where we had lunch at a restaurant on a high hill looking down through trees to the harbour. Great Italian food - I started with local vegetables on bruschetta and Lawrence had a very tender tuna carpaccio. Lovely.

(And the wine was good as well!)
