Bandage

After five days of trying to ignore it, my leg has said "enough's enough." It swelled up hugely and felt like a small inferno so I've stopped and elevated it today. The forced removal of skin by road surface now resembles a six inch map of Africa - all in shades of red. It has calmed down significantly through being elevated and having bandages removed - only Algeria and Tunisia seem to be giving me grief at the moment.

Out with the family to celebrate something this evening. Not saying what yet though...
