a Proper Bike Ride

The arrival of the new bike has turned the kids mad for it. Almost every spare moment they're " can we go out on the bikes?"

4 miles on cycle paths and some road side paths, a few short sections, for which I can to get off and give her a hand but other than that she's almost perfect.
