An early morning riverside walk

Another day of clinics so I got up early for a walk. I managed to scare myself a little as it was fairly dark and my mind did some boogeyman tricks.

Another 100%turn out today. Our last client was particularly challenging. Lots of self neglect and other issues. An hour and a quarter just wasn't enough for this person who had fallen out of the system for approximately 20 years. A bit heart sore about it really. But now there's some opportunities. Here's hoping they will be receptive.
