Brancaster

I headed to Brancaster, on the North Norfolk coast today and I spent several happy hours being blown to bits on the beach. The wind was seriously strong - to the point where I often had to keep hold of the tripod. My kit really took quite a pounding; it took about an hour to clean all the sand off everything once I got home.

Later in the day I went a bit farther down the coast to Thornton where an impressive thunderstorm passed overhead. Despite the constantly moving clouds throughout the day, this was the only time I really was in danger of getting wet and I was torn between legging it back to the car and capturing even more shots...
