In training for the next Olympics??

There were people of all shapes and sizes competing in the Shrewsbury regatta today! We popped by for a blip or two this morning before walking into town to order my new glasses. Glasses ordered, we went home, had dinner and then I nipped to Sainsburys to do the weekly trolley dash. Just made it home in time for the weekly badminton session with dad and the boys.
