Granny's Bonnet

Out in the garden between downpours, noticed how overnight I have a mass of these flowers blooming everywhere! Amazing that this rain over the last few days has turned my garden into a jungle.

Wanted to pop into my Mum this morning but a walk in the rain wasn't appealing. I'm in two minds about getting a car again, but on days like this I wish I had one. I just feel if I've managed for the last, almost 4 years, without one, then why bother especially as is only would be put to use, probably on the odd occasion, seems a waste of running costs. Maybe a Vespa would be an idea.
